On 17 January, 2009, the Transforwarding Warehousing Corporation (Transimex - Saigon) held the conference for summing up the business operations of year 2008 at Rex hotel.

On behalf of the Executive Board, Mr. NGUYEN TRI HUNG – Vice General Director of the company reported the business operation results of 2008 as follows:

- Total revenues: 183.98 billion dong, reaching 122,65% the plan, increase by 36,08% as compared to the same period of year 2007.

- Before - tax incomes: 28.87 billion dong, reaching 120,32% the plan, increase by 25,80% as compared to the same period of year 2007.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors - Mr. BUI TUAN NGOC also delivered speeches for evaluating the situation of business and service operation of 2008, the direction and duties for year 2009, expressed his praises and encouragement to the results achieved in year 2008 to the collective and individuals who have fulfilled outstandingly the duties assigned. Before the difficulty context of year 2009, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the company have launched active solutions in a bid to fulfill the plan criteria of year 2009.

The Chairwoman of the Trade Unions of the company, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dam, has also launched the emulation movement for fulfilling the business production plan of year 2009.
