On 27 March, 2009, at the Shareholders’ Annual General Assembly 2008 -2009 of Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Company (SHC), a number of officials of the Transimex - Saigon were elected into the Board of Management and Board of Supervisors for tenure (2006-2011) of the Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Company (SHC), detailed as follows:

The new Board of Directors of SHC have unanimously agreed to appoint Mr. Nguyen Tri Hung to be the General Director of Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Company.
