At 9.00 a.m., 25 April, 2009, the TRANSFORWARDING WAREHOUSING COPORATION (TRANSIMEX SAIGON) already held the 2008-2009 Shareholders’ Annual General Assembly at the meeting hall , Floor 6, No 14 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city.
Total shareholders in attendance amounts to 200, representing for 4,858,579 shares, occupying 76.54%/ total voting shares at the Meeting. All the shareholders at 100% give their consents to adoption of the contents of the Meeting. The meeting was successful and ended at 12 a.m. the same day.
